Invited by the French National monuments centre (Centre des Monuments Nationaux) on 12 December 2019, Aurélie Moufflarge, director of the Association, presented a progress report on the UNESCO application project at the Carnac Megalith Centre. The presentation provided an opportunity for discussions with the general public immediately prior to the second hearing with the French Ministry of Culture and Communication. This aimed to confirm the presentation of the scope of the Property put forward for the World Heritage List. This stage must be completed before work can begin on drawing up the management plan, the third and final stage before accreditation.
